Driving Towards Disaster: Survival of the Best Prepared by Ron Foster

I'm always eager to read Ron Foster's latest book. Not only do his books keep you entertained, but you learn so much about survival techniques as well. It's always like a two-for-one deal with this author's books. I have to admit that this book scared me more than the others. Why? Because of the pandemic (among other catastrophes). To me, this is very plausible and possible. If we look throughout history we see that illnesses have spread wild and wiped out a great number of people. The Black Death that swept through Europe in the 14th century, the Spanish Flu in 1918 that killed more than 20 million people worldwide... The truth is, pandemics do occur and if you aren't prepared you'll simply become a victim.

In Driving Towards Disaster; Survival of the Best Prepared we get to see the situation through the eyes of an emergency responder. Imagine having the task of helping out yet trying to survive as well? Mix the pandemic in with a major hurricane and all hell is breaking loose in this book! with each of Ron Foster's books, there is hope at the core of them. The main message is to be prepared (or perish).
